Support iSP100 Troubleshooting

The iHome Control App "searches" for the SmartPlug but does not detect it.

  1. Make sure that your device is connected to the desired Wi-Fi Network.
  2. Verify that your network is up and running.
  3. If the problem persists, reset the SmartPlug:

Connect the Smart plug to a working outlet. The LED indicator will start flashing Green. Press and hold the power button on the top right of the plug for a full 15 seconds. You should see the following while holding the button:

a. The LED indicator should flash Red/Green.

b. The LED indicator will turn off briefly.

c. The LED indicator will quickly flash Green.

You may release the button at this point. Try again, and search for the SmartPlug via the app.
