Support iAVS16 Troubleshooting

Why is the iAVS16 displaying different weather than Alexa? The iAVS16 displays weather based on the zip code you provided during setup. Alexa needs to be told the location of your iAVS16.

  • Open the Alexa app and tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen).
  • Select “Settings” on the top left and tap on your device (it will be listed as “[your name]’s iHome AVS Alarm Clock”).
  • Select the “Device Location” > tap “Edit,” enter the address > tap “Save.”
