    • Can I connect two of these speakers together?

You can only select one unit as a Bluetooth output source. However, you can “chain link” additional speakers by using a 3.5mm audio cable. Simply connect one end of the audio cable to the “line-out” port of the active Bluetooth/playing speaker and the other end to the “line-in” port of the speaker that you want to add on.
NOTE: The output signal is mono.

    • How long do I need to charge the battery on this unit?

The internal lithium ion battery charges when connected to power via the AC adapter. For first time use, charge the battery completely (for about 4 to 6 hours). The battery indicator on the display shows the battery/charging status.

    • How long does the internal battery last on a full charge?

The internal battery can last up to 6 hours on a full charge.

    • I have the speaker connected via Bluetooth to my PC / Mac. However, I cannot hear any sound coming through the speaker?

Make sure that you have selected this unit as your “playback” device on your PC or Mac.

      1. Windows 7/8/10: a. Right click on the speaker icon located on the bottom right of your screen b. Select playback devices c. Select the device you want to play and click OK.

      2. Mac: a. Click on System preferences icon b. Click on Sound c. Select Output d. Select “iHome unit stereo” for the output source, and adjust the output volume if necessary.

    • Why is the volume output lower when running on battery power versus when running on AC power?

This is normal to conserve battery power.

    • When paired if I turn the speaker to Bluetooth it takes a few seconds to connect or display the Bluetooth icon?

This is normal, Bluetooth needs time to search and reconnect.

    • When changing the FM frequency to use the Radio outside the USA the display is faded and difficult to see?

This is normal when running on battery to conserve battery power. Once you press < or > buttons the display would get brighter and it will shut off automatically after 5 seconds if no functions are used.
