Why is my music interrupted when I connect a second device to my iDL100?

Any device (Apple or Android) that is connected to the dock connector or USB must be authenticated. If you already have a device playing on the dock, it will be interrupted during this authentication process. This may take upwards of fifteen seconds depending on the type and state of the device being authenticated. Once authentication has been completed the device will resume playback.
