What Information We Gather
When you use iHome Zen, we automatically track and collect “Anonymous Usage Information.” Such Anonymous Usage Information does not identify the user individually. Some examples of Anonymous Usage Information include, but are not limited to, type of device you are using, operating system of your device, and network information.
Additionally, iHome Zen includes interfaces to other software applications such as Facebook and Twitter. To facilitate users’ ability to log on to such third party applications and remain logged on, personal information such as e-mail addresses, user IDs, and passwords may be stored by iHome Zen locally on the iPhone or iPod of the user.
How We Use the Information We Gather
We use Anonymous Usage Information to understand what features our customers use so that we can continue to provide valuable products with features that are in demand. Specifically, we may use Anonymous Usage Information for marketing and promotional purposes, statistical analysis, product development and improvements, and for other related business purposes.
Third Party Applications
iHome Zen includes in-app advertisements using Apple iAd platform. We encourage you to refer to Apple's privacy policies to address any concerns with iAd. iHome Zen provides you the ability to remove the display of iAd advertisements by logging in to an iHomeaudio.com account.

Disclosure Required by Law
We may disclose personal information when required by law or when we believe in good faith that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a court order or legal process served upon iHome or any of its officers or principals. We further reserve the right to disclose such information when iHome reasonably believes that it is needed to identify, contact, or bring legal action against a party who may be causing injury to or interference with iHome’s rights or property, registered customers, potential customers of iHome, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
