Can I dock other MP3 players on the iH41?
No, only Apple iPod models will dock on the iH41. However, any portable audio device can play through the iH41 by connecting it via a patch cord to the line-in jack.

Press and hold the Time Set button for 3 seconds, then release it and click the Alarm Set button once to switch from 24 hour mode to 12 hour mode.

Yes. The iH41 power adapter is able to handle input voltage from 100 to 240VAC.

What alarm functions does the iH41 offer?
The iH41 lets you wake to your docked iPod or the buzzer alarm. A gradual alarm feature gently raises the alarm volume.

There is a battery in the iH41, but it isn't working.
The unit must be connected to a working power outlet to operate. The iH41 does not operate on battery power. The battery is for back up purposes only. In the event of a power failure or if the unit is unplugged by accident, the backup battery temporarily maintains clock and alarm settings.

The iH41 will charge and play the iPhone, provided you have an insert for the iPhone.
Your iPhone must be in "airplane mode" to avoid interference when the iPhone communicates with cell towers.
