No, only Apple iPod models will dock in the iH19. However, any portable audio device can play through the iH19 by connecting it via a patch cord to the line-in jack.

Why doesn't the iH19 charge my iPod?
The unit must be operating on AC power adaptor to charge your iPod, it will not charge your iPod while it is operating on battery power.

The iH19 is not an alarm clock, there are no alarm or clock functions.

Does the iH19 come with 3rd generation Nano insert?
The iH19 does not require inserts. A specially design pocket will keep all docking iPods.

Is the iH19 compatible with iPhone?
The iH19 will charge and play the iPhone. Your iPhone must be in "airplane mode" to avoid interference when the iPhone communicates with cell towers.

iPod does not function
If your iPod doesn't function (is frozen or locked up), you may have a problem with your iPod's firmware. Please update your iPod software/firmware to the latest version, available at www.apple.com/ipod/download. In the meantime, you can reset your iPod (see below).
iPod batteries: Please refer to Apple website www.apple.com and note that iPod batteries may eventually require replacement.
