Can I dock other MP3 player on the iH13?

No, only Apple iPod models will dock in the iH13. However, any portable audio device can play through the iH13 by connecting it via a patch cord to the line-in jack.

Will the iH13 work in Europe/overseas?

The iHome iH13 is compatible with all the latest iPod models.

Does the iH13 come with a remote control?

Sorry, the iH13 is not equipped for use with a wireless remote control. However, there is an external key to control the iPod inside the case.

Why doesn't the iH13 charge my iPod?

The unit must be operating on AC power adapter to charge your iPod, it will not charge your iPod while it is operating on battery power.
Also our iH13 is USB charging, it will not charge any 3rd and older generation iPods.

What alarm functions does the iH13 offer?

The iH13 is not an alarm clock, there are no alarm or clock functions.

Is the iH13 compatible with iPhone?

The iH13 will charge and play the iPhone.
Your iPhone must be in "airplane mode" to avoid interference when the iPhone communicates with cell towers.

iPod does not function

If your iPod doesn't function (is frozen or locked up), you may have a problem with your iPod's firmware. Please update your iPod software/firmware to the latest version, available at www.apple.com/ipod/download In the meantime, you can reset your iPod.
